It is the term of the contract that the balance of the hire charge is due for payment 42 days (6 weeks) before the Hirer’s arrival. Non-payment of the balance by the due date shall be deemed to be a cancellation and the deposit forfeited. The Hirer may be liable for the total rent and for any other costs required to re-let the accommodation. If successfully re-let credit will be given subject to the re-letting costs and a £150 cancellation fee.

When a booking is made less then 42days (6 weeks) prior to arrival date the full hire charge is required to confirm the reservation; until payment the booking shall remain provisional.

In making a booking you accept responsibility for any theft, breakage or damage caused by you, pets or any member of your party and agree to indemnify us in full for any loss that we may incur as a result.

The Hirer remains liable for the full balance of the hire charge. However every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation, and if successful a refund will be made accordingly:

a) When notification is more than 42 days prior to arrival, and subject to the accommodation being re-let, the balance will be refunded less £150 cancellation fee (as to waiver - see below)

b) When notice is within 42 days the full booking fee is forfeit to the Owner. Any refund is subject to the accommodation being re-let less costs thereof and £150 cancellation charge.
