The accommodation is provided on one level

There is a small step at the front door and again a small step at the rear from the kitchen into the conservatory.

A ramp for easier access can be provided.

 

There are grab rails provided at the front door.

A shower stool is provided.

 

The front door is 30.5 inches (77.5cm) wide and the internal doors range between 28.5 (72cm) and 29 (73.5cm) inches wide.

The property has parking for one vehicle on its private drive.
