'Jumelage' Holiday Bungalow

Jumelage is a semi detached bungalow situated in the village of Sewerby with sea views to the front over Bridlington Bay.

Jumelage has two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed and full size bunk beds. There is a bed settee in the lounge for additional flexibility. A cot is also available upon request.

The lounge enjoys views over Bridlington Bay. It is equipped with a colour tv, dvd player and video recorder.

In the fully tiled bathroom there is a WC, hand basin and bath with shower over. A shaving point is also provided.

The dining kitchen is located to the rear and is fully equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier. The cupboards are well stocked with cooking and dining equipment.

The kitchen leads onto the conservatory and the patio and mature garden which is fully enclosed for the safety of children and pets.

Access Information

The accommodation is provided on one level and there is a small step at the front door and again a small step at the rear from the kitchen into the conservatory. A ramp for wheelchairs can be provided. There are grab rails provided at the front door and in the bathroom. A bath seat can also be provided. The front door is 30.5 inches wide and the internal doors range between 28.5 and 29 inches wide.

The property has parking for one vehicle on its private drive.
